1. Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways to provide, secure, and improve our B2B SaaS platform:
- Account Information: When you register, we collect your name, business email address, company name, and password credentials.
- Payment & Billing Data: Payments are processed by Dodo Payments (our Merchant of Record) and Airwallex. We receive transaction status, plan and invoice history, but we never receive or store full card numbers or CVV codes.
- Audit Data: URLs you submit for crawling, and the public page data our crawler retrieves from them.
- Launch Package Data: If you order a Launch Package, the product name, URL, description, logo, screenshots and contact email you provide in the intake form.
- Usage & Telemetry Data: We collect technical logs including IP address, browser type, operating system, pages visited, and interaction timestamps to ensure system stability and combat fraud.
